Plant Warranty, McDonald Garden Center

Our plant warranty is your assurance that McDonald Garden Center maintains the highest standard of quality available.

Expert horticultural staff is always available to help you make the best selection possible and our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You are the determining factor in the future success and enjoyment of your plants. Take a few minutes to read your plant’s requirements and it will reward you many times over.

In the event a plant does not live or is not true to the name, we guarantee that we will replace the plant or issue a gift card for future purchases.

Terms of Warranty:

  • Warranty period is one year from date of purchase for Trees and Shrubs, and 30 days for Annuals, Perennials, Houseplants and all other plants. Warranty is for a one-time replacement of the plant.
  • Replacement will be of equal value and is for the stock-keeping unit number (sku#). Due to the nature of living, growing crops, some variation in size may occur from season to season.
  • In the event the plant fails to live, please return to McDonald Garden Center with the original receipt and the plant.
